About Us

The Dorso™ team consists of Santa Barbara businessman Robb Ferer, Chiropractor Hunter Ford D.C and mechanical engineer Grant Draper. It all started during a chiropractic visit when Robb (a patient) asked Hunter how he could use his massage gun on his back at home on his own, and Hunter didn't have an answer. They both concluded that many people invest in a massage gun but can only use it on the half of their body.

Robb put together some initial designs and worked with Hunter to come up with a viable and chiropractor approved solution. Grant was recruited to bring his expertise in mechanical engineering and 3D printing. He produced the initial prototypes for the mount and pressure point cane. After almost 2 years of fine-tuning, the Dorso Mount™ and Dorso Cane™ (pressure point cane) has officially launched.
