Hold Pressure
Hold the pressure point cane between your legs.
Tightly Strap
Tightly strap the massage gun to secure it in the Dorso Mount™
Press the Gun
Press the massage gun directly down onto the area, not at an angle
Don't Push
Don’t push too hard
Deep Trigger Point
Use the massage cane for deep trigger points and the massage gun for percussion
